Annual Cost for Multi-plan is $315.00 per year.
Two maintenance visits current value of $149 per visit totals $298.00 a year. Add in one diagnostic service appointment at $149 with 35% discount – saving of $52.15 – you already saved on your annual costs.
Plus, you get priority service and an additional 10% off parts for repair and you save, save and save.
Terms:
Minimum commitment of 12 months. The plan is auto renewed until cancelled so you never miss out on the benefits. Prices subject to rate changes. The heating plan only covers forced air furnaces. The cooling plan only covers central air-conditioning units. Discount of parts for repair excludes filters, pads, labour and new equipment prices. The Diamond Plus plan discounted cover is for Heating & Cooling equipment at the same, single location. Priority Service during business hours. If your HVAC equipment is old or unsafe upon inspection, we will recommend an alternative to a maintenance.
