Our $249 call-out fee covers the initial visit and full diagnostic assessment. If it’s a simple issue, we’ll fix it on the spot during that visit at no extra labour charge (parts additional). For larger repairs, hourly labour rates apply after the call-out, and any parts or additional costs will be clearly communicated and approved by you first—no surprises, just honest service.
